What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations/rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time will be charged the full price. Any cancellations/rescheduling made prior to 48 hours of the excursion will be refunded in full.

Is there storage for all my belongings on the boat?

Yes, all of our boats have ample storage for your personal belongings. By the end of your experience with us, you’ll want to call the vessel your new home.

Do you have trips designed specifically for cruise ship passengers?

Yes! We’re a trusted partner of Disney Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, and more in the Virgin Islands. If you’re sailing with any of these lines, you can book our trips directly through your cruise line for total ease — with itineraries built around your exact time in port, so you never have to worry about getting left behind.

Can you guarantee a return time?

We would guarantee at the time of booking that the trip you are booking would return you in time.

Is there a minimum age requirement for children?

No, there is no minimum age requirement for children.

However, please read the details of your excursion before booking to ensure your children meet all requirements. For instance, our top-rated jet ski tours require a license.
